Solution to waste disposal problem
In order to solve the waste disposal problem in Malaysia, the government has to raise the awareness of the local society regarding the waste disposal schemes. Firstly, it is essential that the government promotes the waste disposal schemes such as the waste categorizing program via advertisements on TV, radio and newspapers. Moreover, seminars regarding waste disposal schemes also have to be organized so as to introduce the concept of the 3R's - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. In addition, it is necessary that the government of Malaysia sets up more recycling centers to collect recyclables such as plastics, glass and paper. In order to encourage the local society to participate in the waste disposal schemes, the government can give incentives to the people. As an example, the Malaysian government can give out coupons or vouchers to the local society for the their participation. In a nutshell, it is imperative that waste disposal is carries out wisely as inappropriate waste disposal planning could result in disastrous environmental consequences.
Wisdom is a more important quality for people in leadership if compared to intelligence
Wisdom is the "acquisition of knowledge and the analysis of the information filtered through emotions" (Hall, 2007, para. 8). On the other hand, intelligence is the amount of knowledge which a person possesses. Both wisdom and intelligence are the prerequisites for people in leadership. Nonetheless, comparing wisdom and intelligence, wisdom is a more important quality for a leader as it is imperative that a leader possesses "the ability to cope in the face of adversity, humility and emotional resiliency" (Hall, 2007, para. 3).
First and foremost, people in leadership have to able to cope in the face of adversity. That is to say that a leader has to be able to remain calm in the midst of crises. Subsequently, a leader has to make the right decisions for the organization and implement a suitable solution. For instance, when the United States of America was hit by hurricane "Katrina", a substantial loss of property and life occurred. Consequently, the leaders of the government remained calm and ordered help to the people of New Orleans. Besides this, Tun Dr Mahathir also portrayed the quality of being able to cope in the face of considerable adversity or uncertainty. During the economic crisis in 1997, the Malaysian economy suffered a drastic drop and it was Tun Dr Mahathir who provided the remedy. In the midst of anxiety, he implemented the policy of pegging Malaysian ringgit to the US dollar at a rate of RM 3.80. As a result, the Malaysian economy was stabilized and continued to expand. Thus, it is essential that a leader to be able to deal with decision making in the midst of crises.
Moreover, it is also vital that a leader to be humble. With a sense of humility, a leader will treat everyone as equal. Hence, his/her subordinates will have great respect for him/her and give him/her the support he/she needs. Furthermore, it is also important that a leader accepts comments and new ideas. For an example, in an organization, the president has to listen to the ideas conceived by his/ her employees so that the organization will have better development. As a conclusion, a leader has to be humble open to new ideas.
Last but not least, it is essential that a leader to have emotional resiliency. This is because a leader has to be able to provide motivation to his/her subordinates. For an example, the ex-captain of Manchester United, Roy Keane is a leader who has emotional resiliency. This is because, even though his team is trailing in a match, he will not give up and always remain in an upbeat mood. In addition, he will give motivation his teammates and make them more inspired. In summary, a leader has to able to provide motivation and inspiration to his/her subordinates so that they have high morale and spirit.
In a nutshell, by comparing wisdom and intelligence, wisdom is a more important quality for people in leadership as a leader has to be able to make good decisions, be humble and emotionally strong.

Animal Extinction
As forest in the world are being logged, many animals face extinction for example, tiger in India. In order to save tiger from extinction, some initiatives have to be taken such as creation of national packs, reforestation and stricter law enforcement. Due to excessive logging, tiger's natural habitats are destroyed and it is unable to survive as it has no suitable environment to stay in. As a result, it is critically endangered and ultimately it will be extinct. Thus, in order to resolve this issue, national parks have to be established. This is because with the creation of national parks, tiger's habitats
can be preserved and therefore its life will not be disturbed. Furthermore, it is also essential to implement reforestation in order to save tiger from extinction. It is because by replanting trees, tiger's habitat loss can be minimized and the ecosystem will not interrupted. Moreover, it is also vital to restrict logging so as to prevent tiger from becoming extinct. In order to preserve the natural habitats of tiger, the Indian government should limit the issuing of logging license as this will reduce deforestation and so tiger's population can be conserved. In a nutshell, logging activities are threatening the population of tiger and hence certain measures have to implemented so that tiger's extinction can be prevented.

Difficulties in writing
Some of the difficulties that i face while writing are lack of information and vocabulary. When i am given a topic to write about such as climate change, i would have a mental block as i do not have information to illustrate the topic. As a result, essays that i have written are vague and uninformative. Thus, in order to overcome this problem, i read newspapers and magazines for example The Straits Times, Times and Newsweek. Besides that, i also tend to use words repetitively as i have limited vocabulary. Therefore, whenever i encounter new words, i would look up in the dictionary and understand the meaning of the words. Consequently, i will be able to use them in my future essays.

The Most Serious Enviromental Problem In Malaysia
The most critical environmental problem in Malaysia is water pollution. This is because rivers, lakes and seas in Malaysia are severely polluted due to industrial waste disposal, oil spill and ship pollution. For an example, the water of the Malacca straits is largely polluted due to oil spill incidents and this results in a sharp decrease in the population of marine organisms. This is because the marine organisms are consuming water or food that is badly contaminated and this causes them to be poisoned. Besides that, the water quality in Malaysia has greatly deteriorated due to water pollution for instance, industrial waste disposal. As a result, consumers are affected by waterborne diseases such as diarrhea. In a nutshell, water pollution is an environmental problem which has to be taken seriously as water is the most important element for us to survive.

My life's meaning
Life would be boring without tennis. Tennis has formed an essential part of my life since I was young as I have been watching tennis games since then. I enjoy watching tennis games because
tennis is played with quick pace and that provides me a lot of excitement. My favourite player is Roger Federer who has the nickname "FedEx" and is currently ranked 1st in the ATP ranking. I like his game a lot as he has flawless ground strokes and great speed. Due to his excellent skills, he has won 12 grand slams and numerous major tournaments. Although he is one of most the successful players in tennis history, he is still humble and has a lot respect for his opponents. Therefore, he is always my idol.
